Go to a couple of Mustang forums to see what all is involved with swapping a new 5.0L into a 4.6L engine bay. The easiest way is to have a donor car to swap everything over to yours.
If you are talking about the older 5.0 from the 1990's, you will need to start with the donor car as well.
And a fairly big checkbook.
