I have a 01' crown vic p71 and i don't know how to reactivate the windows and interior lights

Do you mean being able to open the rear windows from the rear door switches?
The interior lights should be a matter of connecting the blue connector under the glovebox and disconnecting the battery then reconnecting the battery after 10 minutes or so.
