Hi, I have a 91 crown Vic that has been sitting for a few years, took it out for a drive recently and it won\\'t ahift out off first gear, did some research and thought the tv cable could be the culprit, took a look under the throttle body and discovered that the tv cable was stuck out like at wide open throttle, the throttle arm moves freely it\\'s just the braided steel part of the end of the tv cable hanging out of the plastic square end, any thoughts as to why? and how would you fix this?
