OK, I have the 1995 ford bronco 5.8l and I cannot find anyone to help with this issue. Speedo is erratic. I start it and speedo will read 8 to 10 mph while transmission is in park. I have replaced the PSOM, the VSS with ford OEM replacement, the VSS wire harness, traced all wires, found no issues. Check 8 and 18 fuses, all good. Replaced negative battery cable. If I unhook the VSS harness then speedo doesn't run wild. Obviously it has to be plugged in order for the E4OD tranny to work propertrly. Also the tranny is brand new. Professionally built at a shop. PLEASE someone help me if anyone out there knows of this fix...Have taken it to 2 shops and they r clueless. Thank u all
