Awhile back the ring gear on my dads 77 broke recently my neighbor helped me replace the flywheel as well as starter and switch on the firewall. After doing all this the car will not start the starter pops out but will not turn. This is the correct starter cause the first one we got was wrong and was turning but catching so went and got new one and now it wont turn. Checked all the grounds and tested with multimeter all the wires for starter and switch are good grounds are good. What else can i do or check really wanna get this running for pops he dont do nothing for himself ever so I want to do this for him. ANY INFO AND HELP WILL BE APPRECIATED. Also engine is not locked can turn by hand no problem.
