Key fob programming?

Posted:8/12/2015 13:07 Okay so I have a 06 Grand Marquis that I'm trying to program key fob to. I know the whole process where you cycle the key 8 times within 10 seconds and the locks are supposed to lock and unlock but my problem is that the car is not going in to relearn mode for the key fobs (not locking and unlocking). any ideas?
