Okay so I have a 06 Grand Marquis that I am trying to program key fob for. I know the procedure for cycling the key 8 times within 10 seconds and the locks are supposed to lock and unlock.but my problem is is that the locks are not locking and unlocking to let me know it is in programming mode. Any idea's?
