Key fob programming?

Posted:8/12/2015 13:15 Okay so I have a 06 Grand Marquis that I am trying to program key fobs for I know the whole procedure where you cycle the key 8 times within 10 seconds and then the locks are supposed to lock and unlock but my problem is the locks are not locking and unlocking to begin programming. Any ideas?
