what rear ends will fit my 91 ltd crown vic

looking to up grade rear end to disk brakes and higher gears just cant find list of bolt on swap for rear ends to fit my 91 ltd crown vic and info would be very helpful, thanks KrazyBinky

All you need is the brackets and the calipers from 1992-2002(with corresponding pads/rotors) or you can swap in a full rear from 1992-1997.
