2006 grand marquis passenger water leak

I get water leaking on passenger side during heavy rain. Removed windshield cowl, found center flapper drain plugged with debris. I removed passenger side front wheel liner & found open rectaular hole at bottom of firewall behind flexible heat shield. Not sure where the A/C drain line is. Need help to find where water is getting thru.

My advice, do not let it happened because it can make the most of your car body rusting due exposed to rain
