2001 Crown Vic power point and cig lighter

Hi. I just joined this forum and did a search, but can't find my topic, but probably didn't do it right. Bought my Crown Vic new and both the aux power point and cigarette lighter worked, but the power point went out first a couple years back. The socket pushed back into the casing and I can't figure out how to get to it. I started using the cig lighter for my GPS and phone charger, but now it has gone bad. I'd like to replace both, but especially the power point. Any help would be appreciated.
