How do i figure out the Gear ratio on my 2005 CVPI?

Look at the label inside the driver's door. It will list the axle code which will probably read Z5, which is 3.55:1. Or lift the rear end of the car and mark the tires and driveshaft. Rotate and count how many times the driveshaft turns relative to the tires.

Z5 is open 3.27 and the most common gear ratio so you were partially right.
The door sticker will have a 2 part axle code, you can decode it here.

My '05 Shop Manual says 1is 2.73, 4 is 2.73, 5 is 3.55 and C is 3.27. I tried to insert photo of page but no luck. I seem to recall this conversation before.
