To start its an 85 Ltd Crown Victoria 5.0 tbi all stock 18k miles. Car will not start without ether when cold, fires up fine w/o after initial start. When running has very low idle, barely running but revs up normal when throttle is applied. When you try to take off it will accelerate slow under light throttle but any more than 25% throttle it falls on its face. Also the pump runs continuous with key on, used to cycle off before problem started. All plugs, wires, cap, rotor, module are new and seems to have good spark. Fuel pressure is around 38 psi with new filter. This problem started after I found the negative battery cable to be loose and replaced the terminal, not sure if that is just coincidence or something to do with it. I would appreciate any suggestions on where to begin with this!
