I have a 2001 crown Vic it Pisses coolant at the back of the engine on the bottom just behind the oil pan. Does anyone know what can be wrong?

Figure out where exactly the coolant is coming out first.
There is a fitting on the back passenger side of the intake that feeds the heater core and it likes to crack/break off.
