Desperately need help!
After accidental reversal of battery charger leads, cooling fan is always on and Engine won\\\\\\\\'t start.
PCM was repaired and tested and is \\\\\\\\"operating to the manufacturer\\\\\\\\'s specifications\\\\\\\\".
Car has 2.0 with AT, been garaged since new, and has less than 13K mi.
