I purchased a new floor mounted shifter for a 03 Marauder to install in my 02 LX SPORT. Does anyone know how to do this? It's just a swap.

Is the old one broken?
They are essentially the same thing, nothing different between the 2.
Which parts are you trying to swap?

The old one is fine it's got a few scratches on the chrome plastic bezel but mechanically it's tip top. I wanted the Marauder styling. So they are the same great. Where do I start to disassemble?

I was planning on swapping the whole thing but if I don't have to I won't.

I was looking at your 05 crown vic. Does it have standard coil over shock? I put in stock height moog springs in June and those raised my car almost two inches the rear air Springs would reach the height so I went to coils in rear from moog those raised so it look ok but to high over all. Then I learned of Eaton springs and ordered stock height all 4 and those were $100 more than the moog and did not bring the car down. They told me that stock height is the height my car is. No way. So I trimmed the moog front springs myself using the correct formula of course to give it a 1.5 drop. The moog springs have a lower load rate so I'm thinking with the trimming I did it should make it ride perfect. I should've ordered a 1.5 drop. I haven't had the 1.5 drop set installed yet. My tire shop must think I'm nuts so I'm waiting.

I had Eaton drop springs in my '05, I would never go to them again.
I ordered 1" drop springs front and rear from them, the rear dropped around an inch but the front stayed the same, they claimed no responsibility for possibly shipping the wrong springs but offered me 1.5" drop springs to replace them. I got a call from the shop putting those new springs in to make sure these were correct because as soon as they put the car down it was 1.5" lower. So much for the other Eaton springs being 1" drop...cause their 1.5" drop springs lowered the car 1.5" from their supposed 1" drop springs.
They have HORRIBLE customer service and if you look on a few forums, you'll see the same issues.
I had new KYB police shocks with the new springs.
