Yes it will there are no changes between 99-2002 for the Vic or Marq cars at all

Base model trans is exactly the same, the P71 trans has a longer tailshaft and would need the shorter aluminum driveshaft to go with it. They would also use a different torque converter

Even though the id num is different mines is wx7pda I have a ls i seen online that a 2000 police interceptor takes that transmission also
