ABS light remains on at all times. No abs or traction assist. Actron scanner connected to Data link connector. Tries to read ABS codes then message of no communication with the abs module. Swapped in known good abs module with same result. At ABS module, with ignition in run position, no "switched power" at pins 3 and 33. No "run power" at pin 53. Power at pin 35 "Keep Alive Power". Checked all fuses (under dash and engine compartment) and abs relay in engine compartment. Not able to check anti lock brake diode 1N4003. Also suspect break in wiring. Any ideas would be appreciated. Have to keep this Crown Vic running until Ford wakes up and re-introduces the Crown Vic.
