As the title states, something is causing the low beams on the passenger side to short out and im unsure of what it is. There are only 3 wires on the connector and when traced back everything looks okay except for perhaps a bad 'splice' where one of the black wires that turns into a single wire is not in the splice. But pushing it in to make a connection seems to make no difference. I am unsure as to what to do. I am not overly concerned, as the hi beams still work and the haze build up makes them no so 'offensive'.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I also included a vid for those visually-inclined! Keep Panther Love Going!

If you guys could provide any tips, Id be really appreciative.
