After having a horrible customer service experience with Eaton and their full of himself "Spring Guru", I would not recommend them to anyone. I had ordered 1" drop springs and after install the car didn't move at all in the front, after a month or so with the help of ADTR I got a replacement set. they said the replacement set was 1.5" drop and when installed the car dropped 1.5" from their "one inch drop" springs.
I have heard/seen a few other stories that go this way, Eaton will never admit that their springs were not correct so it is always the customer's fault that the car rides the same or higher.

People are generally steered toward coilsprings.com for custom drop springs.
