1997 grandmarquis 20in wheels rubbing

I have a 1997 grand marquis and i bought 20s for it with a 245-35 and it rubs on the frame when i turn this is the first post on this forum but if someone could help that be awesome i was told that the wheel spacers will work but you guys will.know a lot kore then people around where i live in Pa any info is greatly appreciated thanks

What wheels are they?
At least add the offset or what they came off of
