I have a clicking sound under dash, was told it was the temp blend actuator . I took pass. side of dash apart to get to the actuator , hooked up battery after discounting actuator ( the clicking happens even when car is off with no key and stop when I step on brake pedal) It seems to come from under or behind the radio or in back of heat/ air control panel removed both has a solid frame there. Anyone have any ideas what this is Thank you in advance for any help with this problem . I am just about to pull my hair out.
