While driving I heard a loud crunching noise and the car slowed down so i stopped put it in park and the car still rolled forward. I put my foot on the brake and had to put the e brake on to stop it from rolling. The car docent reverse or go into any gear other then drive i think its stuck in drive the crunching noise only happens when the car is turned on and drove forward.

update had a mechanic look at it today the right side axle snapped and the differential had to be replaced we put a 2011 differential into the 2009 hope its not a big deal the loud snapping noise and crunching was the axle and the bearings i will find out tomorrow if that is all it was.
