Hello everyone,
Im new to this forum because I just got a 1989 Crown Vic LTD Very cheap.
So here is my problem.

When the car is off, but key is in and the ignition and in the run position, everything works. Once I start the car, my heater / a/c blower stops as well as the turn signals. If I turn off the car, and then put the ignition back into the run position without the car running my heater blower runs great and signals also start working.

My fuses all register operational via the ohm meter and test light. I pulled the turn signal relay from the fuse block, I have power to it until I start the car then no power to it.

I checked all the fusable links and they are still together reading via the OHM and volt meter.

Any opinions on what I should check. Im at a loss now.

Thank you for any help or knowledge you guys have.
