Any suggestions? I just added a performance air filter and true dual exhaust. Any other budget friendly tips? Chips, intake or any noob friendly things I can replace under the hood to get a little extra HP?

Basically anything made for a 1999-2004 Mustang with the same engine will work aside from the throttle body.
"Budget" is a little harder but a tune from MartyO is the way to go for better than stock performance.
Add in a Police airbox from 2004+ plus a tune and you'll be right around the stock HP of 250(a little more thanks to the tune)

Cool. By tune do you mean a custom made chip? MartyO is in Georgia and I am in Texas. Do I just call him up and tell him make/model and he will customize something to hook up to my cars computer?
