1993 Bronco 302 swap to a 1994 302

Have replaced a 1993 302 with a 1994. Engine would not fire. Ford changed the 302 firing order and ECU. I am looking at swapping the ECU and wiring harness. Has anyone done this particular swap before? I could use some pointers.
