I Have an 03 ford crown vic. I let some people drive it and work on it. So the car started when I came to pick it up. It had a bad hesitation and the wire harness for the lighting and engine was completely damage. I replace bother harness. Lighting works perfectly. Engine harness does not give power to when ignition is turn on to injectors or coils. All fuse and relays are Good. I test power and ground habe both with engine off. When key is on ground but know power to fire the car. It does crank but won\\'t start and run. Any thoughts????
