HELP removing bracket bolt on the back of intake

I have given it 3 hrs and cant get it off. fricken wire harness wiper motor in the way. its a bracket on top of fuel rail and Im trying to replace my intake manifold. I have read aND watched videos and all complain about it being difficult but no one bothers to show how they finally got it off. Maybe im just not strong enough or but is there a better way. PLEASE help
