2007 Mercury Grand Marquis with no modifications has Radio and EATC buttons that do not light up/ The displays for both features work fine as do all other interior lights. Does any one have a suggestion as to where to start looking to fix this problem?

Any one ever encounter this? Am I the lucky only person to experience this problem?
