18x9 rims on stock 2000 Excursion 4x4

Need some help- looking for the max tire size to fit stock 2000 excursion 4x4 running 18x9 rims without rubbing. Finding all kinds of info on the stock rim but my rims are 9" wide and I'm concerned with clearance. Any help would be a huge plus.
