My wife's 97 Expedition has an intermittent problem with turn signals. Everything else appears to work during this failure. However she reports that she hears a buzzing from speakers when this occurs. The dealer has thrown up his hands. The turn signals do not return until the vehicle has been turned off and re-started...sometimes must sit overnight. Any thoughts, suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks
