'87 Lincoln Continental 302 in '67 'stang.

I just picked up an '87 lincoln with a 302 with only 67,000 miles. I am thinking of putting it in the Mustang. I know I can use the rear disc brakes for a conversion.

Should I go with the 302 FI, or change the intake and install a different intake with a carb. on it?
