What was going to happen one way or another is to install a 302cid motor in it. Does any one know if back in 1979, if they came with a 302cid motor or was all the F250 with big blocks only (351M/400, 460) ?. Will installing 302cid motor towers out of a 2 wheel drive work or not. edited 10/23/2003 11:55

I used to have a 4x4 chevy that someone had converted from a 2wd. i didnt see any custom weld or anything
