I've read that the fox body mustang that came out in '79 was based on the Fairmont platform. I've always wondered which platform the most recent mustang, '94 to present, is based on.
From what I've heard, and read, the platform used is still the fox body. But the new mustang thats coming out is going to be based on an entirely new platform ( course don't take my word for it, im just an F-Body guy ).
