coil and shock rear suspension for 54 Ford 2door

Does anybody out there have any suggestions on a rear coil and shock suspension that I could fit between the frame rails of my 54 Mainline 2-door? I'm trying to get rid of the old leafs and add coil and shock perches from a Ford (or whatever) a few years newer. Any ideas? Thanks
