What lifters will fit a bronco 1988 xlt 5.8L (1.6)?

This double throttle body i have, can i change it to a mustang throttle body along with the air intakes?

I think you mean rocker arms....don't you?
Yes, 1.6 is the ratio for all Windsor (302, 351, 5.0, 5.8 ) engines.
Are you thinking of swapping to rollers?
