Can't get traction off the line on hot tires

My good year Eagle #1 NASCARs are used up on the rear, good once I put on the front, for cornering. When tires cold, I get excellent traction off the line at WOT, no tire speen. As well, no tire speen when up shifting 1-2 and 2-3. Once tires get hot, I get a lot of tire speen off the line at WOT, and when up shifting can easily get is sideways if no careful. Tire pressure is 38 front, 36 rear. Max cold on these tires is 44 lbs. What's up? This started after I did a j-mod on top of police issue trans-go. What I don't get is this cold/hot difference, and exactly how should I set up tire pressure to have some traction once they get hot. Car is 1995 Crown Victoria, about 180 BHP, 16.1 in the 1/4. Please give an advise.
