5.0 wire harness

Hello:
I have a 92 Bronco with a 5.0. I have a wire harness that goes nowhere. It is on the driver's side at just about where the plugs start. The wire is curved 180 degrees. Is there supposed to be a timing module on this? I cannot find any recepticle this may belong to.
