Posted:12/13/2003 23:20 Hey im 15 and working on a 92 explorer 4door and need new rocker panels for under the doors cuz they have basicly rusted themselvs all the way off. i would like to know if i needed them if i totlay took them off and maybe put running boards on or if i should get new rocker pannels?
