Does anyone know if 67 Mustang suspension parts will fit my 67 Fairlane 500. I want to upgrade my suspension but the only aftermarket upgrades I can find are for Mustang only. HELP!!!

Hi Darryl,
Not all Mustang suspension parts will interchange with a Fairlane...
What specifically do you want to upgrade???

Hey D.B. Not sure what exactley to do yet, I need new rear leaf springs which Ive found at Dearborn classics, re-arching was actually more expensive then replacing them. Ive already replaced the rear shocks. As far as the front end goes I would like to replace everything with one of these fully assembled kits that they make for mustang. Ive seen many of them in my Mustang and fast Fords magazines. They pretty much bolt right on, however my Fairlane is not a full frame car and I`m not sure if it will work. Any help you could give me would be greatly appreciated! Love the Ranchero! -Darryl

Depending on how fast you want to spend, there are lots of options out there for front suspension conversions on the Fairlanes.
Being as you're in Georgia I'd reccommend checking out http://www.autokrafters.com.
Autokrafters is in Virginia which will make a big difference in the shipping costs.
Look at what they offer, it will at least give you an idea of what's available and a basis for figuring out what it will cost.
