Hey this is my first time posting here. I'm usually at Ford Truck Enthusiats.

IF any one ever wounders what brand oil they should use or filter here are my suggjestions.

If you have a vehicale with alot of miles on it this is what I use , use Chevron Delo 10W-30 or 15W-40. It has alot of more additives than just a gasoline oil. It is a diesel engine oil but it's also excellent for use in Gasers because gassers dont have a engine enviorment like diesels do. The oil also has alot of cleaning additives so it will keep youre engine clean better than just a regular rated SL oil . The oil is rated CH-4, CI-4. and SL. Also I would reccomend this oil in a diesel.

Also do not use Fram oil filters People I've Known have lost engines due to a fram filter.

Use a Napa Gold Wix is the excat same thing, Motorcraft, or Purolator and also change your Oil every 3,000 miles.
