Just purchased a 86 Bronco XTL that is still primerd. Just so happens a 745LI decided to sideswipe my bronco a good 5 days after i purchased it. The Engine is ok..needs new radiator and frame is bent a little (getting all that fixed). Now I have the option of getting a new hood/front bumper. I was also looking at the STC
Convertible tops. Im prob working with about a $2000 budget here. Im currently ok with the 33 BFG tires on it and i believe it has a decent lift on it.

Could any of you recommend a good aftermarket bumper. Also i checked out some hoods for the bronco and it seems that the OEM Hood would be 490.00 while a Aftermarket hood is 150.00. Is the quality that big of a difference? I was also thinking of going with a dual H-pipe exhaust system out the back. Would this hurt the performance since its a 302 EFI ford engine? Im not familiar with FORDS that much as im coming from owning a 67 Camaro SS/RS 327ci.. which i put a lot of time in, but now im down for a fun off-road vehicle so thats why i went bronco. Power is something to be asked for though as my camaro had a lot more torque.. but half the fun is building up the beast.

So could I get some ideas on what to do with my bronco, some good mods?

Also does anyone know a good mechanic for broncos that know how to do off roading enhancements in the San Fernando Valley, CA area? Namely near Woodland Hills area? Thanks for your time.

Kyle
