Please help!!! Trouble with idle

Hi to all, I live in Moscow, Russia.
I'm owner of the next cars:
1991 lincoln town car cartier
1995 mercury grand marquis gs

Have trouble with my Mercury - when switch from PARK to any DRIVE gear engine stalls (or almost stalls). Engine starts and idle properly.

Hey,
You've probably already done this, but check your idle speed. If it's too low, the engine might hesistate a little when switched between gears, or when reved from an idle in N or park. My engine did these things in my town car after I lowered the idle speed too much.
