That is 2wd. A few things tell you. First a 2wd will sit a bit lower in the front as that one does. Second if you look at the front wheels and don't see a hub then it's not a 4x4. All Ford 4x4 SD's have a locking hub. So if it does not have one then it's 2wd. Of course if you could get a glimpse of the front end you would be able, or not able, to see the pumpkin.
