Hi everyone!!!! Brand new to this sight and the excitement of my brand new 04 X Eddie Bauer PSD. It will be 2 weeks of heaven on Friday. When I ordered my Explorer Sport in 99 I thought I could never ever give her up, but, my husband convinced me that I needed something bigger and we needed another vehicle as back up to pull our Skeeter ZX2050. One test drive and I was hooked. We drove all over southeastern Wisconsin looking at colors (you just cant tell from that tiny circle) and decided on Ebony. Personally I did not want another black train in the family as my husbands 95 F350 Crew Cab 7.3L is black. But this truck (in my opinion) just had to be black. I tried real hard to LOVE the greens available (my favorite color), but they just didn't do it for me. I truly wanted the Dark Toreador Red, but only available on the F350. She is a beauty and can't imagine her any other color. From order date to delivery it was 4 1/2 weeks. She's already been washed 3 times and rained on equally as much (I hate water spots) and of course we are expecting a bit of SNOW tonite. (She is not leaving the garage). So glad I park indoors at office. I am on my second tank of fuel (I filled her at 1/2 full) and have watched my fuel economy move up day by day, currently at 15.9 average (overhead). Next time I fill her up I'll do the old fashioned mileage check calculations, and compare. My husbands advise everytime I pull away (DRIVE HER LIKE YA STOLE HER!) NOOOO Problem!,,,I have confiscated his radar detector.!!!!
