One more question, on the same truck as my last post (1990 F-250, 5.0 liter, 5 spd) I just found out today that the windshield wipers will only work on high. I have never heard of this happening, does anyone have any ideas???

The intermittant wiper govenor is bad, or perhaps the ground. Its under the dash on my 86, by the parking brake.
