Does my 01 Exped wheels have 14mm or 15mm studs?

First off, I havent been on this board in over a year, and Im glad to be back!! I recently sold the Rozzi Deep 20x10s off my truck and did a wheel fitment of 35x12.50x17 with my stock rims (minor trimming required). My stock OEM rims are shot due to salt corrosion. I want to buy a new set of oem rims, but i want to know what (mm) studs are on my truck. Any info will be greatly appreciated! The Meat goes on this Friday, if all goes well.
