I've recieved an offer to get an older T-10 Transmission for my '87 Mustang. Right now I only have a slightly modified 302W, but later I plan on dropping a 351C in. Are there an serious compatibility issues I need to worry about besides putting a clutch and shifter in?

For starters you'll need to get a clutch pedal assembly, then either rig a clutch linkage or put in a hydraulic master and slave cylinder. You'll have to change or modify the trans x-member and get the right trans slip yoke for the driveshaft. Lengthen or shorten the driveshaft appropriately. Just a few minor things.
