Hi
I am replacing my 4R70W for the third time. This time the salvage yard sold me a police version by mistake. I resolved the drive shaft issue, but have a problem with shifting. The bulkhead connector may be damaged, but I also noticed the MLPS on the tranny has 8 pins, where all the previous ones I have had had 7 pins and a blank space. My car is a 94 Mark VIII, this tranny is from a 00 Grand Marquis. Right now I have 1 and 2, but it won't go to 3rd, though it seems to be trying. Does anyone have the pinout info for either/both MLPS? I do have a replacement harness/connector from the very first time I replaced the MLPS so I can rewire that easily.

thanks for any help.
