Color scheme on Excursion

Hi Everyone, I am purchasing a 2005 Ford Excursion XLT from a dealer. The truck is in excelent condition all around. My question is, It has a 2 tone color scheme. The truck is black, and the part below the side molding is a graphite color. It is not an Eddie Bauer, and I asked the dealer about it, and of course he said that it came that way from the factory. Now I've never seen an Excursion like this, and I am unable to find that color scheme mentioned for any model other than an Eddie Bauer. Can anyone help me out in confirming that Ford did actually offer this, or am I lloking at an aftermarket paint job?
